I led end-to-end production and post-production in collaboration with AWS Support Engineers to deliver high-volume, scalable customer support videos addressing the most common AWS customer questions. These resources reduced repeat inquiries while empowering engineers with clear, consistent customer-facing guidance. I also refreshed and standardized the graphics package for scalable reuse across content.
